Sans Souci Apartments
This tower is situated behind a heritage building on Malabar Hill. The first residential slab is located partly above this heritage building at a height of 65 feet. This slab was designed as a raft beam & comprised of girders having dimensions of 5 m x 4.5 m.

About 250 MT of MS trestles were deployed to complete the shuttering. Above, enjoying superb panoramic views of the Arabian sea are 7 flats of 5,000 Sq. Ft. each & a triplex of 12,500 Sq. Ft.

This work was completed in 2008.
