Times of India - West Wing of the New Colorman Printing Press Complex
This complex industrial building comprised 6250 m3 of concrete & 748 MT of Structural Steel & 361 MT of re-inforcement steel. The work involved hoisting of 15 m span girders weighing 8 MT with big boom cranes. This building involved premium finishing works comprising of Granite flooring, fully vitrified tiles, extensive acoustic metal false ceilings, Partitions, Structural Glazing Works, Aluminium Composite Panelling, etc.
The whole work was completed in a record time of 10 months, despite the deluge
of July 2005.
This building was completed in 2006.
