The Residential Tower is 110 m & was Pune’s first 100 m high building.
The Apartment Block has 25 ultra premium residential levels. Each apartment is about 9,100 Sq. Ft., occupies a single floor & has a plunge pool per level.

The Office Block rises 60 m & has 12 premium office levels & 1 roof top restaurant level. Each office block comprises of 10,000 Sq. Ft. per level. All the levels are PT slabs.

The complex consists of double basements for parking which covers the entire plot area. This project was completed in 2010.
